Drew is a character in Bully, and is one of the Carnival Folk. His voice actor was not credited.
Characteristics
Drew is part of the Freak Show, which advertises him as The Insane Painted Man.
His "exhibit" is a padded room much like those at an asylum. Drew himself is somewhat emaciated, and his entire body is covered with black tribal tattoos. He wears only a pair of blue shorts and large nipple rings. He beats on the window of his exhibit, occasionally moaning, shrieking incoherently, or making random, nonsensical remarks.
