A friend and I have done a bit of research into Mr Gehling and from what we can tell, there's a pretty prominent actor out there who's worked on Broadway and the like who goes by the name of Drew Gehling. He's got a pretty extensive career, but nowhere in his résumé is Bully mentioned. I'm pretty sure it's the same guy (their voices are certainly similar), but I'm leery of launching in and extensively editing the voice actor's info in case it isn't. - I totally forgot that you had asked this until just now when I was re-watching one of Drew Gehling's performances on YouTube. I say his singing piece here (the gentleman on the right during the first song, for those that haven't seen it already) should be evidence enough considering it's definitely the same voice.
